The Biggest Hassle & Run-around ever!!! This company will make you feel some type of way...lack of communication & updates following misleading info on the Pronto Plus app. Tony Burnett was a replace to G.Jackson who I was assigned to in the first place. Never heard from him and it was a game of goose chase getting Tony to communicate. I did the USDA eligibility screen and was determined eligible and was rejected a loan on claims they did FHA pre-screen before they send to an underwriter. My score & income is well within USDA approval range!!! As matter of fact the house I wanted got took off the market during the process so I believe it was a cover up and they could have let me pick another house in the range I qualify for.
