One of the biggest pet peeves that I have with my global team is "you MUST research before designing or writing anything." I've pieced together documents that "seem okay" but there are always gaps. I truly believe I've found the ultimate research training which I know from 20+ years of being in video production is the most important. If you know the importance of understanding your audience and the competition, this is a no brainer. Especially for the price, way too cheap!!
