I purchased this course two weeks ago and I have literally learned SO MUCH from Derek. He has a ton of experience and knows the short cut / tldr version of everything. Pricing strategy was the best lesson. I highly recommend this course!

Derek is a very intelligent person clearly with a lot of expertise of the real estate industry. His course is incredible for complete beginners on how to go about real estate arbitrage. I found it very helpful. And Derek has a lot hands-on support available for any of his students who need it.

I have been following Derek on Instagram for a year now and seeing his Journey has inspired me to start my own Airbnb business. I purchased his masterclass, and it came with so much valuable knowledge on how to get my first units, how to pitch them to landlords, and how to automate them so I can scale my business. So far, I have my first 3 units here in Texas and have been extremely grateful that he was able to help me get started. I recommend him 100%.

Changed my life. Solid course. He really dives deep and shows you exactly what to do. I’ve secured 5 STR’s so far and it’s all thanks to this course!

I met Derek on Instagram a few months ago and signed up for his Airbnb course without any prior knowledge of the business. Since then, i've built a five figure per month business on Airbnb and I can't thank him enough for the guidance and resources that he's provided. Without his training and step by step approach, i'm not sure that i'd have been able to accomplish all that I now have. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to grow a new stream of income and improve their quality of life.

Took Derek's mentorship and personally think it's one of the best educational programs I've ever taken. I've successfully landed 6 units using his blueprint, and have been operating remotely with 0 issues because his operations are so lean and efficient. Not only does he educate, but also holds office hours every week to answer any and all questions we had to make sure we were making good progress. Super genuine guy, and definitely changed my life for the better.

Derek was a cool guy right out of the gate. My wife and I really wanted to go from one unit to 10+ and he helped us do that! The content is amazing and easy to follow.

derek's course was solid. really to the point and filled with a ton of gems about the airbnb business. I learned a ton and within a week I was approved for 5 apartment units. I can only take 1 to start but that blew me away!
