This company is a scam. It says items will be mailed within 1-5 business days and then it says processing times may vary. My processing time is currently 1 month and then check back. I didn't order sunglasses to get in a month and a half. Such a joke. To cancel an item you will have to wait a month for costs 10% of your purchase. (When they have done nothing) I will never buy anything from this company ever again and you shouldn't either.

They don't ship for a VERY long time as they don't have most glasses in inventory although they pretend they do. And after weeks of waiting I can not cancel without a 10% penalty

I paid $347 for script sunglasses. They were shipped, and I could not see with them on. I was forced to sign a return before they would even look at them. Returned, they claimed that there was nothing wrong with them when my sight was blurred with them on. I asked that they be remade. They would not. I ended up getting back $135 for the returned frame out of the original $347 order. and nothing more. I requested that they ship my lens that I paid for, and they claimed that they had been disposed of. Stay away and find a reputable company. They will take your money and not stand behind their product. Check the BBB site for this company's profile and rating. It's almost a 1.

Worst Customer Service . I placed an order and after 3 months the order finally delivred and the order was wrong even the frames have scratched the Customer service do not reply to my emails or text messages and didn't answer the calls I have called them so many times . The Manager's name is Sam was so rude and I cant beleive how the hell this person became the manager he even ask me for more money. which i has to pay since he was not canelling my order and i have paid over $300.00 already My question was when will i get my frames His reply was after 3 weeks if there is no complications I got the snapshots for this conversation. I will never use this website to buy anythinng I hope this website shutdown soon Please don't use this website every again

Website looked good. After waiting 10+ days for my order to arrive, I finally reached out to find out it was cancelled. They didn't have the item in stock after all. No email, not notice. They should have better IT staff to make sure they are not showing items not in stock.

After trying to contact someone at GO Optic about the bridge of my 1 1/2 month Easytwist glasses that the paint of the bridge has come off one part of the bridge. I was told by Go-Optic that my clip-on sunglasses must have caused the paint to come off. I sent a few photos showing the problem. Their reply was I could send and additional 89.95 for a new frame. I keep trying to contact someone about this disaster but they don't return my calls or emails.

Terrible refund policy! I ordered 3 pair of Leader SunClips sunglasses. With the 3 pair, I was over the amount for free shipping. I was notified, by email, that two of the pair were no longer available. The same day as the email, the one pair in stock was shipped. They charged me for shipping even though they made the mistake in inventory and they did not give me a chance to cancel my order.

Useless. They allow you to order product they don’t have in inventory and the supplier/manufacturer doesn’t have in inventory.
