The website had lots of room for improvement. More filters needed. Poor photos. Inaccurate titles and descriptions.

A SORT option for the Lense Packages would really help being there's 53 to choose from. Also, while going through the final part of your order there should be somewhere that tells you WHEN to include your prescription. The gal that helped me wasn't too familiar with the process. She advised me to send an email with my prescription attached before I paid for them.

Ordered Persol sunglasses. Option was availble to order discontinued glasses. They cancelled after the order was placed. Why wouldn't they just delete the option off the website? Stores sell items that are discontinued. If you don't have them, take the option away. Refund looks like it will be quick and they responded right away. Good customer service.

Excellent site for replacement frames. My new puppy basically eradicated my frames and lenses. Got replacement lenses and will save money buying frames here. Good job, Go-Optic! Mike
