Completely disappointing. I thought I had finally found a pair of frames in the color that I used to wear that had been discontinued, and was very excited that they were being sold on this site. I received an email the day after placing my order, telling me that they DO NOT HAVE the frames that I ordered. They no longer have them in stock, they're discontinued. And I'm not the only customer who has had this problem. I probably should have known better, but NO company should sell something that they do not have.

Annoying search filters constantly change and disappear (or add new ones that I did not choose) any time you click on anything-- very frustrating. Also, you can only search using one option within each type of filter-- i.e., you can search blue or green but not both; worse, you cannot search a range of eye sizes, but only one size at a time.

fast and easy

I ordered an eyeglass nose piece replacement from this company since it is the only place I can find that carries this unique piece. That was nearly a month ago. Today I got the piece. It arrived in a regular business envelope with a lot of postage due and "fragile" written all over the envelope. The piece is unusable as it was smashed in the delivery process. The piece needed to be in a small box for support. I paid $19.00 and change for this!!! Today (a Tuesday) there is no answer at any of their phone numbers. Not even sure this place is legitimate. —- An update: I finally had a good experience with customer service and received the part I ordered though it was more than a month after the original order was placed. The place is legitimate though I still have concerns that would keep me from ordering from them again.

Their frame are very competitive. Lense buyers beware! If you have a strong prescription, do not buy from them. I ordered lenses from them. The prescription was good. However, there were problems with depth perception and significant image curvature. They won't refund you. they might cut new lenses but you will have to go to an optometrist to document your issue and then go back and forth with Go Optic to tune your lenses. You might even have to change frame. Waste of time and money. Customer service is average.

My first and only experience with Go-Optic was horrible. I received frames but they were not sent with any demo lenses (wireless bottom frames). After 3 weeks I finally received them only to have them be incorrect size for the frames. Go-Optic insisted they were correct when any novice could clearly tell they were too short in width to fit the frame. Sent everything back with an explanation asking for a refund. I received an email (which I replied to immediately) saying they would not refund it because 30 days had passed. After complaining that 30 days had passed because I was waiting for them to get me correct demo lenses I was called and told that someone will contact me next week. Then today in the mail I received the frames back. This has to be the worst customer service ever. We'll send you a product but not supply the necessary items to actually be able to use the product and we will still charge you. Idiots

My initial order for new glasses, clip on sunshades plus an extra pair of clip on sunglasses was over $500.00. The extra clip-on had to be shipped separately and did not arrive until about 3 weeks after the first. My work requires a lot of travel and I was not home when they arrived. The sunshades were not anything close to what I originally order. I called Go-optic to see about exchanging for the correct lens and was told that they had a very strict return/exchange policy and could not help. So if you do business with them, be careful. You will not be able to return or exchange the product.
