If I could rate them a zero l would. My frames never arrived. They got lost in the American postal service (USPS) and I never recovered my $400 Australian dollars. They never returned my emails and the few emails they did send me were like something written by AI. I don't even think they were from actual people. I warn you DO NOT deal with this company!!

The site displays items that are discontinued and no longer available. When called to check on the availability of the same, customer support agent THOMAS has a big attitude problem!! He asked me, "What does that mean"i explained him that I was looking for a particular model & if that particular model is in stock as it was showing in the selection !!! But instead answering straight, he comes with a very bad attitude and questions ‘what does that even mean’ … i used simple plain English to request information but Thomas was very rude & arrogant & biased!!! If you don’t have it in stock, Why was it displayed in the first place??I have been looking for that particular color and when I came across it on the site it said in stock to order!!! Misleading information !!! Customer support agent are supposed to guide and help the clients but not be rude with their bad attitude and manners!!! THOMAS is negligent. He was outright rude, arrogant, and clearly biased! His job is to make things easy for the customers but not prove his point with a bad attitude. Site flagged my review as containing illegal content!!! I was asked to submit a reference number after a year!!! That’s ridiculous!!! Every review on this company is negative!!! People like Thomas are the reason for the negative comments all over!!!!

What is an old/no longer model is not marked at all. No attention to what is actually available. I've had 5-6 different models ordered and cancelled due to that being an outdated model no longer available.

"30-Day Returns" at the top of the web page is highly misleading. In reality, they send out poorly made products and then charge a huge fee to return frames - lenses cannot be returned, only exchanged for another giant cost. This company should be embarrassed.

I give it 0 stars. waited on the phone for nearly 18 minutes and suddenly was disconnected. i chatted with a bot i guess no help at all. HORRIBLE

I looked into the refund policy and seen that returns were hassle free but that was not the case, upon requesting a refund to find out that I had to pay a 15% restocking fee, on top of having to pay for shipping to return. Very dissatisfied with the company and customer service. This will be my last time ordering from your company.

They are THE worst company ever. I ordered a pair of glasses that looked silver online and there was no colour stated, just a code. Then I had to pay $35 on duties when it was delivered to me which could've been avoided if they had marked a lower value, which is what they instruct their customers to do when you return them. They refused to take responsibility for the poor photo and description and said that I should've asked for more pictures. Then I returned them and they sent them back to me! They are CROOKS. I contacted the Better Business Bureau but they never responded to them. They're awful. Don't do it.

Avoid. The company does not honor its guarantees that it writes on its website. Per the website the company states, "Lens Accuracy Guarantee: If the doctor changes the prescription shortly after receiving the order, it may be remade under the Lens Accuracy Guarantee." Upon contacting the company by phone, after many failed attempts, I am immediately told they will not do this and will only change the lenses if there is a defect in them. The person then starts to argue with me that "We guarantee to cover changes made in the prescription by the doctor for 60 days from the day of delivery" means they will only fix it if there is a defect....
