Web site sucks. After selecting a frame and lens and add prescription information, there is no way to go back to edit the order if you want to change the lens options and you have to enter all the prescription info all over again.

Can't get a hold of customer service whatsoever.

Gooptic website was timing out last night when attempting to complete purchase. I called numerous times, and attempted to chat, but received no response. With website not functioning, chat not working, and no one answering the phone, even though website states 24/7 customer service, it appears you are going out of business and that I am taking a gamble ordering through gooptic. I also had an earlier phone call about Swissflex with gooptic, and the representative knew little to none about the product.

I prefer to rate this experience after I receive the product.

I was looking for an older pair of glasses and was tickled as punch to finally find them! The price was quite reasonable as well. Update: they contacted me several days later and told me the glasses were not available and we're no longer in production. I am no longer happy.

I was trying to find out if you had frames that will fit my current lenses. Your chat only suggested i fill out a suggestion request. not helpful

2nd time im ordering because the first order was canceled and no one even sent me an email telling me it was canceled, I just was trying to get a status on the frames I ordered. getting disappointed. I hope my frames come in this time.
