Great so far.
It seems like an easy to use site. I was able to find my glasses frames easily and cheaply, but will have to see how the order goes.

I have been looking for a particular pair of glasses in the gold color and saw go-optic.com had them. I got the original pair at target in black but needed an additional frame. I was nervous because of the awful bbb rating. However every time I called or chatted them they responded and were helpful. I sent a request to ensure they had this pair in stock in the right color. That was confirmed. So I went ahead and purchased. The glasses shipped that same day and I received them three business days later. The glasses are authentic. I compared them to my certified real ones. I’m so glad I had a good experience and I think if people contact the company and confirm they have their pair in stock they will have a better experience.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses at a great price, was patient and received them a week later, no hassle no problem and glasses were as expected. Good experience with company

I ordered from Go-Optic before I remembered to check the reviews. I was worried about it after that. It took longer than I expected, but I'm very happy with the glasses. Can see great, was the frame I requested, and a great price. I would definitely order from them again. It was worth the wait.

I ordered my glasses on September 6, 2016. The website said it would take 1- 5 business days to process but in fact it took 8 days. My glasses were shipped out to freight carrier on September 16, 2016. They were in my country by September 20. The only problem was that the order took longer to process than the website said it would. Other than that, they sent the correct glasses and I love them. I would recommend go optic. Just be patient. I've read a lot of bad reviews about go optic but they are fairly okay.

I see tons of bad reviews for this place, but I went ahead and ordered from them (mostly cuz they had the frames I wanted cheaper than anybody else). I got my glasses 12 days after I ordered them, not bad for prescription frames. Haven't had to deal with customer service but in terms of everything else, it was a fine experience. The only thing I'd like to see is more photos of the frames from various angles, and maybe a feature to 'try on' by uploading a selfie.

Well, hundreds of dollars off the regular price of the luxury frames I'd been hunting for was a deal I had to take seriously. I have a mild prescription, seemingly hard to mess up, and they also offered transition lenses for much lower than any optometrists in my area as well, so I decided to take the risks and buy despite the legion of bad reviews. I was amazed at how fast they came - less than a week after ordering, and during Christmas week at that! Wow! The frames are great, exactly as they should be. As for the lenses, one of them was fine but the other showed signs of some scratching near the edges. Seems to be a case of shoddy rushed work, but at that price I guess corners must be cut somewhere. I'm still debating returning them, but honestly, it is a very minor problem (hardly noticeable), so I think I'll just remain satisfied with the amazing deal I got.

I had bought a pair of US Army frames at Walmart. They're cool, very Ray Ban wayfarer, and I get loads of compliments. Only thing is, they seem to break at the meeting of the arm and glasses awfully easily. So, I got a pair, Walmart no longer carries them, I order from Go Optic and as with the prior pair, they break. Unfortunate. But Go Optic offered a warranty. Hooray. "It seems dumb to keep getting the same frame, " I think to myself, "but what the heck, I've got the lenses, I might as well utilize the warranty!" I contact Go Optic: yup, the warranty is still good, the frames have a few more weeks of coverage. Hooray. The occasional thing working out in life moment is a good thing. I send glasses back. Do a few emails to and fro with customer service, and voila, about ten days later, I've got the new frames, lenses and all, and I am a happy customer. It would probably be wise for Go Optic and any other retailer to discontinue this US Army captain line, since obviously there is an inherent design flaw, but as far as living up to their warranties, and following through: well, they were good for that and I wanted to let that show for the record. Thanks!
