It says they are available 24 hrs a day but they are not. It either rang 25+ times without being picked up. OR finally after the 4th phone call someone did finally answer, I asked & explained my question & he said he was sorry but he couldn't help me, he was just the answering service & couldn't answer questions, he told me to call back at 8am the next day. When I said that it seemed strange that it says on the website that they are available 24 hrs a day but they aren't, he then said that someone is there but if I want my call answered I should call back in the morning. Strange. BUT I just went ahead & ordered my glasses without talking to them, I will get my lenses here at home probably "just to be sure" since I am now questioning the validity of the company a little.

I like the options. However, I do have to admit that it is a bit pricey, although I was willing to pay due to quality.

Great price Just bought a pair of sunglasses that are discontinued everywhere else. I had that pair before and unfortunately lost them. I was so happy to finally find a place that are still selling them. There was also a 20% off coupon on the sunglasses page which pays the shipping cost to Canada (yay!). Price is lower than what I paid originally when I first bought them in a store. 4 stars for now since I just bought them. Will put 5 stars when I receive them if they are in perfect shape.

They had the specific Frames I was looking for, even though they have been discontinued. Purchase was easy and straight forward. Can't speak to their customer support or shipping since I have just completed my transaction, so I will stick with 4 star for now.
