Horrible company. They are scam artists. They have lied about the arrival time of my glasses and then they wouldn't even let me cancel the order. Finally, they tried to charge me 10% for an order that they couldn't even fulfill. Garbage company. Do not waste your time.

How would I know? I just ordered them!! For chrissakes, ask me a couple of months after I've got them. What a dumb survey. Whoever thought this was a good idea at this point of the transaction needs to be fired.

Going to be over 30 days to get my glasses that other suppliers can have them in 14 days! Unexceptable! Working on a refund. Just don't trust them any more! The order number is DD2183E if you want to verify! Estimated date is 9/12/2025.

Ordered two frames from them. Talked to a representative and he said they had them and were in stock. A few days later they cancelled my order without notifying me. Then they tell me they don't have them anymore. Scam!!

My husband’s sunglass frames broke but the lenses are still good. We found the exact same frame on Go-Optic and were excited because they offer a 1-3 business day ship for $7.95 extra. We are leaving on vacation and were happy to get them in plenty of time. That was 7 business days ago and they haven’t even shipped yet. We are so disappointed and the communication with them is standard AI responses. We have asked every which way for a specific delivery date but at this point we doubt they will be here on time before we leave. Bottom line, they might be a reputable company, but don’t trust their delivery service to get to you on time and don’t pay extra for a service they can’t provide.

You are wasting your time if you think Go-Optic actually has what they say. I waited for weeks after placing an order for a frame that I already knew had been discontinued. Mine had recently broken, and I needed a replacement since my lenses were fairly new. I was so excited to see that they had a pair. Except they didn't. Come to find out, this is fairly standard. They will sit on your order for weeks while they see if the manufacturer still has them. Further more, getting hold of anyone it a mess. Just an absolute racket.

If I can give zero stars, I would, but the only way to give a review is to put a star. This website is a complete scam and trying to get your money back is impossible. They don’t have their frames in stock so it will look like frames are in stock. You’ll have to wait about six months to be charged and then they still won’t ship it out. I think it’s a sneaky way of them, taking the money out without you realizing it, and never receiving the item. The same guy with a Middle Eastern accent is the only one that ever answers he’ll hang up on you if you don’t like what you’re gonna say and also end up blocking when you try to ask for cancellation to receive your money back. He told me that I would have to pay 10% just to get my refund and even when all was said and done still would not give me the refund. I still have not received any frames it’s been since April Months ago. He is so unprofessional and rude even trying to be nice only to get my refund and as I said prior will not give the refund. They should not have a website. This is a huge scam. I don’t even believe any of the few positive reviews probably paid for or put there by the company.

Lesca Buzz - Grand Total: $359.91 The product is missing. The glasses frame is missing. Support isn't responding. Presumably, there isn't any support either. The service is lousy and clearly a scam. Highest warning level for this seller. They intentionally avoid PayPal to make refunds as difficult as possible. I am beyond disappointed with this offer. In the end, zero stars and an attempt to get my bank to correct the fraud. Thanks for nothing, bum!
