Spoke with Nicole, the order was on hold because of a measurement they needed (didn't ask initially, it come up AFTER I've placed the order) and she said that if I cancel it will be 10% restocking fee. I don't know what they are going to re-stock. I had to get the frames anyway to avoid this, unethical charge. Awful. I should have read the reviews and of course, never going to buy anything from them.

I placed an order for glasses nothing but trouble. They say they have frames nothing is in stock they order frames after you pay then they cancel your order and then try to get your money back. There BBB rating is as bad as there service!!!!!

Ordered my daughter's frames from their website, 13 days later still back-ordered. No email from them stating that the item is on back-ordered but what else can I do, I already paid for it. what is the reason for expedited shipping if Go-Optic don't have it in stock? a disclaimer should be shown if the item is not available and there is a waiting period. Although, the check out tells you that all orders will take 1-3 business days to process and an additional 5-7 days for the order to be completed. So why the hell do you offer expedited shipping if it takes Go-Optic 3 business days to fulfill your order? This business should be out-of-business for it has the worlds horrible customer service "Jessie" is her name and I think "Jessie" should learn how to be professional. Till this day, I still have not received the frames for my daughter. No used cancelling the order for I will be charged 15% for cancellation, in fact, Go-Optic should give me a discount on my frames because I waited too long. Bad experience, will not return to this website, will try my hardest to close this business.

This company sucks. Make sure that you check ALL of your credit card statements after business with GO-OPTICS. They will be more than happy to charge your card an additional fee, with a sad attempt to notify you. Beware of paper receipts- evidentially, they are too good to put your information upfront, ZERO transparency! I will never purchase glasses from this company, and I will ALWAYS discourage others from doing the same. Really, Go-Optics, just oblige the refund in the future, don't you know an unhappy customer is WAY WORSE than 10 happy customers.

I had ordered some sunglasses for a birthday and its been 12 days and the order is still "processing", of course going to miss the birthday party this weekend, thanks Go Optic! We called and Jesse (who wasn't very helpful and rude) said it takes 5-10 business days to process, which was false from the information we had read when we bought the items. Jesse said they were out of stock with this items...in the order email it said we would receive a call or email if this was the case, NEVER HAPPENED, and it NEVER said they were out of stock when we ordered the glasses. This has to be the longest wait and worst service I've seen. They hide TOO MANY things from you. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, go somewhere else, we won't be shopping here ever again, even though we have a big family and get sunglasses all the time during the summer.

I had no issues placing my order and received it in a timely fashion. However, I was sent the wrong frame. I contacted customer service and was treated unprofessionally, to say the least. I was unable to speak to a "supervisor" after being hung upon repeatedly. I was even asked to email a picture of the frame I received to Go-Optic so they could see what they sent me! I will never use this company again and would have filed a complaint with the BBB, but I felt like these folks had wasted enough of my time.

I ordered frames online and paid for expedited shipping. They charged my credit card and over three weeks later I received an email that said the item I ordered had been discontinued. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and I have not received a refund for the frames they didn't even have in stock.

Ordered a pair of eye glass frames that are "in stock" i paid for fast shipping, its been 3 business days and i still havent received a tracking number, so i call up because im going on a road trip this friday. so im assuming they will be here, nope. they wont. so i say i want to cancel and they want to charge me 15% and keep my shipping fees. is this for real?
