I tried to order progressives from this company and it failed miserably. First the segment height was calculated using a formula that did not work with my face. This was relatively easy to address but it took time and money. Every time you make a change to the order you need to pay for shipping. However, even after the seg. height was corrected I experienced a multitude of issues with the glasses. These included significant visual distortions when turning from one edge of computer screen to another I do a lot of computer work. The glasses had an extremely small angle of view where I could read comfortably. All the perceived convenience of progressive glasses was nonexistent. After I brought it up with the company they tried to up-sale me. Their solution-buy more expensive lenses. The total would be >$400. My readers are +2.75 so I decided not to gamble with it and just settle with readers. I have not saved anything with these guys and could have avoided all the hassle just by going to a local optician. Bottom line: If considering progressives, avoid this company. You might consider buying a frame from these guys and then going to your local experts. If considering readers, then may be one could save a little here. Just be aware of shipping fees and up-sale. your site said free shipping over $50. I placed order for 63.95 and I was charged shipping of $6.95.

This seems to be some kind of scam. I placed 2 orders for glasses and was charged. I took advantage of their own coupon codes offering a 20% discount. After placing the order and being charged, I received notification a day later that both items are now out of stock and I have to wait 7-10 for a refund. It seems to me, they don’t want to honor their own coupons and use them as a way to draw you in to purchase other glasses that are not on sale.

You provided a promo code for 20% off but there are zero fields available to enter the promo code in.

I am not a big fan & won't promote this vendor on social media. This company appears to not be very flexible and does not put the customer first. They stated that I was 'abusive' and 'destructive' to my eyeglasses & did not offer me a generic discount code for a new/replacement pair of glasses.

Very very slow website.
