Deceptive business practices - save yourself multiple phone calls and unauthorized charges and do NOT order from this company. They took 3 weeks to send out an order to me when they said clearly the order was in stock. Additionally, when I returned the frames for an exchange I was charged an additional 7.95 for shipping that I didn't authorize (I wanted it sent regular mail at no charge). I spent over 15 minutes on hold with Nicole for her to tell me Jeremiah the manager wouldn't reverse the unauthorized charge. I should have heeded the multiple 1 star reviews.

Do not purchase anything from this site. They are not honest and reliable. They sell cheap stuff. I even payed $590 for Varilux lenses that had to be very good quality. I took very good care of glasses but they got scratches very soon and when I called them for guaranteed exchanges and even was going to pay 50% for exchange lenses, they transferred me from one person to another, then finally promised me to send pre paid return label , which I never received and when I called they told me that I can't have that exchange and put music on phone and hung up on me. Terrible business. I'll never have business with them and will not recommend to anybody. ,

August, 9 2017 Re: Ordering Glass frames on line I called from two different phone numbers trying to connect with this company. Both times I was connected to automated ancwer machine with message to hold. Than the person would come on line and acted like she did not hear me and said that Will hang up because there was no response, which is not true. I think there is something rong with this company.

Really wish I would have found this site prior ordering... STAY AWAY from this company!!! They do not give realistic shipping times & they charge you incorrectly. All they are is a crappy middle man. They don't hold any stock. Once you place your order, they then place an order from what ever sketchy supplier they go though... AND THENNNN they finally ship your order to you once they get it. It wouldn't be an issue if they were transparent about it but they are NOT... So even if you pay the crazy overnight shipping fees they charge, you are still subject to a 2 or week "processing time", which they don't tell you about until AFTER you've placed your order & start to wonder where the hell your glasses are..... Also, upon realizing i hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation email, I checked my bank to see if they charged me, and they ended up charging me TWICE!!! I called in to customer service and the agent had the nerve to tell me that the first charge was declined so they had to run my card again. When I told her it couldn't have declined because I have plenty of money in my account and both charges show as debited from my account, her response was to repeat what she said and sarcastically enunciate the word "declined" loudly and said that I'd have to ask my bank what was going on. NEVER AGAIN.

Took 16 days to "Process" my order then another 4 for delivery. Got the product after my vacation that I had ordered them for. Didnt like them, go to return and they charge a 15% restock fee and you pay shipping.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First issue is the turn around time that they give is completely false. After more than double the amount of time they originally said I could expect my glasses to arrive, I had to contact them to check on the status of my order. Coincidentally after I contacted them, the glasses were ready to ship out the next day. When I did receive my glasses, they were DEFECTIVE. I immediately contacted them the day I received my glasses with the issue. I didn't hear back from them for 4 days when the response said I would hear from them within 1 day. Then, they randomly sent me a Return Authorization number. I sent the glasses back at my cost, with insurance, and delivery with signature confirmation. I waited 7 days after I saw they were delivered to them before I contacted them. The customer service person told me my new frames were shipping that day. Five more days goes by and I get an email from them saying my return wasn't accepted and they were shipping them back to me! These glasses were $400 and I am now stuck with them and they are unwearable. I called and spoke with the manager, Jeremiah and he was not helpful at all and very condescending. I will NEVER give this company any more of my business. I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing from them...but didn't.

Horrible experience. Was sent the wrong sunglasses. Took almost 3 weeks to work it out so I could send them back. Another 2 weeks to get a refund and was charged a %15 restocking fee for them sending something I never ordered in the first place! Horrible customer service and company. Avoid!

What a waste of time. Go-Optic refused to process my order without an actual prescription. I know my prescription details as I have ordered glasses online before. I can see why they have a rating of 1 star. I wish I could give them 0 stars. AVOID!
