So far so good, Go-Optic is still carrying my favorite pair of glasses - I could find nothing like them anywhere else. Can't wait to get them! - I have to change this because the day after I got a confirmation of my order was an email saying they no longer carry my favorite pair of glasses, they are discontinued and will not be restocking them... :(

Very shady company. Trust these negative reviews and stay away. No where do they state under their return policy that they charge a 15% restocking fee if your glasses arrived damage. To add insult they make you pay the return shipping fee. They never returned my phone calls or answered emails. Good luck in them answering the phone.

Truly a terrible representative to the Optic or On Line retailer world. Worst online shopping experience to date...and that says a lot! Horribly slow service and inaccurate prescription filled. I don't need Vanity or Prop glasses. I sent in an actual doctors prescription, waited 3 weeks and received the wrong prescription. I returned them, was charged 15% restock fees for the frame and was not refunded at all for the prescription. The prescription was clearly processed incorrectly and now that becomes my problem? Customer service is laughable. Check out all of the reviews and their BBB rating. Run, don't walk away from this place. There are too many other great retailers of glasses online (EyeBuyDirect) etc. I paid $92, waited 3 weeks, then went through the hassle of sending glasses back that were useless. I was credited $30 for the frames and SOL on the rest. I have no glasses and am out over $60. These people are a joke, not to mention crooked. I see there are petitions for class action lawsuit against them, so we will see how this pans out. With shotty product, terrible service and outright thievery, I can't imagine it will go well for them.

Do not buy from Go-Optic. I returned a purchase, was charged postage both ways and a 15% restocking fee. Lost $23 – for nothing. Communication is nonexistent. They make money whether you keep the glasses or return them. They don’t care. Buy from any other company.

If I could rate this company a zero, then I would. I received sun-clips that had a manufacturing design flaw (the clips made the sun glare so bad that I could not use the item, and when I explained this to their customer service person, he just repeated the same script over and over - that they would charge me a %15 restocking fee. So, in essence, they are selling items and accepting returns while keeping all of the profit. I will never do business with this company again.

Terrible customer service i order sunglasses on their website 2 month ago haven't received it yet, they typically take 3-5 days to respond to emails, part of their terrible service is poor management, the sunglasses i was looking for was behind in production at the time of the order yet they had it discounted even that they had 2 month waiting time frame, i was told that my order is ''expected to ship on or around 2/6. An email will be sent once shipped with the tracking details provided.'' haven't got any emails so far or the product!!

Customer service is very unprofessional, liars and sleazy. DO NOT purchase from this company. They send me defective frames. after 2 weeks of wearing the frames (Gunnar/Vertex), the black color started to fade and the after 3 weeks the right arm broke. i sent it back after getting an RMA and they declined to fix it or replace it eventhough frames are still under the 1 yr warranty. the frames looks amazing but the quality is very poor. do not purchase from this company.
