Great Chat response with customer service. The issue for me was with numbers for the frame size. I have three pair of glasses with three different sizes listed and none of them are listed in the sizes for these glasses. I just hope that they fit well.

On-line system worked pretty well with the exception of the discount application. But I called and spoke with cust service and the gentleman there helped me out with that problem. He was very congenial and helpful. His instructions were very, very good and his cust svc skills were excellent. Kudos to him!

Not all glasses are in stock even though you are able to purchase them. You go through all the trouble of finding something you like then you find out they are not available. Call before you place your order!
