Quick easy ordering, pics were slow to load.

I was a bit frustrated because I tried calling and no one ever answered. Fortunately using the chat bot I received the answer to my question. Otherwise I probably would not have made the purchase.

It would have been more helpful to have the ability to upload a picture and show what the glasses look like on the person.

Would be nice to have pictures of people wearing the glasses but besides that it was a good experience

I had a really good experience with this website. It was easy to use and I found the best price and the right size frame for the style I wanted. This was actually a great perk. I had been looking for the right size for a while.

Having a stylish frame is most appreciated!! Ordering was easy! Knowing how they look on my face and quality are yet to be determined. We'll get to test a return policy and how my normal eye wear folks do with inserting a lens into a frame not normally in their stock. This is a new process for me and I have my concerns how it really works.
