I was hesitant to order from Go Optic but I have been pleasantly surprised. My experience has been a good one

Alot of negative reviews here...hard to tell why all the bad press but my experience is quite the opposite. I felt the need to provide some positive feed back as my experience with Go-Optic was basically perfect!! Customer service even took my call on a Sunday! Overall, they exceeded my expectations considering I had already read all the bad reviews. I was expecting my glasses to arrive in two weeks based on the brand I bought (super)...I had them in 7 days. They price matched me with no issues or further questions. The glasses were the exact pair I ordered and the lenses seem of very high quality! Overall, I would definately buy from Go-Optic again and recommend them to friends/family.

I ordered my no line bifocals from gooptics on Dec 8 and they were at my door on Dec 24 I am very pleased with my purchase and being the holiday season and only paying for regular shipping time I think they did a fantastic job! Love my glasses they are exactly what I had picked out at the Eye Doctors office and half the price, same brand and even added anti glare to the lenses, I will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered my first pair of prescription sunglasses from them, so I knew nothing about the process of ordering glasses online. I was able to navigate easily through their website to find frames according to my face shape. Once I found my frames, I was able to select the option for them to call my eye doctor for accurate prescription information, which loved and really appreciate since that is important information, I'd hate to mess up! Once I completed my order I was able to track my order status to see that my order had been received, verified by my doctor, processing and finally, shipped! First Class USPS shipping was free since I had spent more than $89, and I had my glasses within 10 days of placing the order. They arrived well packaged, with the original Armani Exchange case, Certificate of Authenticity, cleaning cloth, and original lenses. Also, in the box was a Go-Optic cleaning cloth which was great because the manufacturer's was a bit small and thin. The sunglasses are beautiful and the first day wearing them I got lots of compliments and questions about where I got them. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience with Go-Optic.

I ordered a pair of high-end titanium frames in August, 2015 and received them, in the manufacturer's branded hard case, together with a microfiber cleaning cloth, in less than one week. The frames are in perfect condition. I saved over 50% in comparison to the manufacturer's advertised retail price of the frames. You'd pay full retail for these frames at most optical shops. This purchase transaction, for me, was first rate and based solely upon my buying experience, would recommend Go Optic highly.

I wanted a particular make/model of memory metal glasses which were difficult to find in the U.K and quite expensive. I must admit, I was hesitant (to say the least) about the prospect of receiving duff glasses but took the risk anyway. I could not have been more happy with them!! I have a fairly complicated varifocal prescription and cannot complain about anything from correct lenses (with transitions etc), authenticity and speed of delivery! ALL EXCELLENT. I will definitely recommend Go-Optics to friends and family. I think that some negative reviews relate to the issue of not being clear/accurate about prescriptions/sizes etc. Cheers folks, David

I ordered a set of frames only, because my prescription is a very strong hi-index progressive bifocal and I felt uneasy ordering the lenses online. I had the prescription filled at the Costco optical center. I was able to get the complete pair of glasses for less than $300. My local optometrist's office quoted me over $500 just for the lenses. Go-Optic has a fantastic selection of petite ladies' frames (lens width less than 50 mm). I love being able to enter the dimensions in the search parameters to find exactly the size frame I need. My glasses are beautiful; I get compliments on them all the time. I'm planning to order another pair in a different color soon.

I did not use their lenses. I just found a frame I had and broke to replace with lenses I had from that pair. The pair I got wasn't exactly the same and I just checked but my receipt had the same number they sent me so I must have screwed up. The lens shape was very close and my dad makes lenses for a company local and he was able to heat the frame and pop them in no problem. I ordered them on Friday night. They got shipped monday and I had tracking info. Came from California. Was supposed to be priority 2 day mail and was scheduled for Wednesday delivery, but did not arrive here until Friday. Shipping delay is with post office. After all of these horrid reviews I thought I'd take a chance on a $50 pair of frames since I'm sure this style was long since discontinued. I'm happy with the new pair and estatic that my Dad was able to pop them in....I thought he may have to cut them down a bit, but plastic is obviously forgiving! :) This will be my spare pair going forward as I just got new frames with progressives and my distance prescription did not change so figure I'd keep going with the other lenses as a spare. Worth the risk if just buying frames. Cannot speak for quality of lenses as they did not make mine.
