I found your site on a Bing search after finding the item I wanted from another vendor. I used their info on the clip-on glasses to make my query. Once at your site I could not get the item to come up at all. After multiple attempts, I created an account and used the link I found to get to your site. Found the item, put it in my cart, then logged in to finish the transaction. Other than that, it was the best price I found by large margin. If these fit well I'll be buying at least one, if not two more, clip-on sunglasses.

I liked the variety of frames offered. The shopping cart emptied itself far too many times as I shopped. The lense selection is too much and too confusing. Couldn't the data be organized into some tables or something to make it easier to decide. I would probably have spent more if it had been easier to figure out the options

All good except getting email question answered. Never got answer. Went elsewhere and got it answered, hence the order. Ease of use on order page very good. Wish question could have been answered by chat.

I had problems using my phone to place my order but when I called the help number the person was very helpful and told me to get my 20% discount it worked best to use a computer or laptop. It was smooth sailing from there on and I have just placed my order for my third pair of these glasses. Thanks for the great service. Now I hope they aren't discontinued.
