Ordered a pair of frames only and the next day got the estimated shipping time. On their website it says processing orders takes up to 5 days and shipping takes up to five days. My estimate just for processing was 12 days. Cancelled the order right away and they charged me a 10% fee even after pointing out the discrepancy.

go-optic is an illegitimate web company for Urban Arise frames .. and likely other brands too. A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC and eyewear patients: do not patronize this web company. they do not have legitimate accounts to purchase these frames and may others. they weill take your orders and not be able to fulfill the order. I HAVE PERSONAL ASSURANCES AS A TRUE ACCOUNT HOLDER OF THIS FRAME BRAND THAT GO OPTICS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS WITH URBAN ARISE. THE WHOLESALER DISTRIBUTER SYMMETRY OPTICS IN HAWAII SAYS THAT GO OPTICS HIJACKED THIS FRAME DATA AND ARE NOT LEGITIMATE !!! THUS THEY WELL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

The worst I have ever seen. I tried twice to buy some sunglasses from this place. All they do is search the internet and try to find them! I can do that myself...thank you!!!! The worst scam here possible! Please be aware!

Don't delivery as they promise. Take them forever to ship, and when you inquire about their delay, they alway have some kind of excuse. First I was told they didn't have the glasses in stock and they had to order them, then after they received them, they blame me on the delay, because I didn't choose the tint, when I did. After confirming the tint that I chose, I had to repeatedly confirm the tint to different people. Then they wouldn't cancel the order, because it's processing. I ended up ordering my glasses from my local optometrist, and ended up receiving those glasses before go-optic could ship.

If you buy from go-optic, not only will it take a month to get your frames, you will be killing an innocent puppy!

I tried on new Bulova Ravennati glasses in-store. I found what was pictured as the same ones on Go-Optic. I ordered them. They came and they are certainly not the same ones. I have a picture of the ones I tried on in the store and they are very different than what I received. I asked to return them and I was told that since I ordered prescription lenses, I would only receive a refund for the frames and could get a 50% credit for the lenses. Under the return policy area on Go-Optic's website it says, "Not happy with your order? No worries! We offer a competitive and convenient 30-day returns and exchanges policy." Then there is a link to the other terms where it states a multitude of things including what I mentioned above. Their website is misleading and their return policy is not competitive at all. I ordered glasses from two other websites and they offer a full refund if you don't like the glasses, that is a competitive return policy. One of those sites even gives you free return shipping. Go elsewhere to buy your glasses, you're better off.

You don't provide any information about expected waiting time for the frames when the order is placed online, you have misleaded me on the live chat, that the specific frames I was going to order are available in stock and emailed me later, after I had ordered them, that they are actually on backorder and now you change expected day of delivery couple times. It is very hard to reach somebody on phone at your customer service line too. All of this makes me unhappy with your service. I placed the other order now to check is it always like that or I just had bad luck for the first time (LOL). Thank you

Fake Reviews here. Look at their Google Maps Reviews. They have 2 stars. Not.4.5 stars as their website said. Most people complain about not getting their money back. I suggest you contact your state's General Attorney and Florida state General attorney because their private registration is out of Florida, the BBB, FTC, and your attorney. They have a Delaware corporation. I believe they may be physically located in Torrence CA too. I went ahead and filed complaints with the Delaware and California attorney generals too. I also filed with the Federal Trade Commission. I may contact the media also. They have virtual addresses elsewhere too.. There are more places to lodge complaints also. Definitely contact your bank if you have problems too. They also have false advertising on the webpage. It states they have good reviews on Google but they don't. I have saved the webpage showing the false claim.
