I have glasses that are two weeks old, I have been less than active (COVID) and have used their provided cleaning cloth and a glass cleaner solution, after running them under water to make sure all dust and debris is cleared off first. The lenses have SEVERAL significant scratches already. Their anti scratch coating is a joke. They will not do anything about it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I went through the process of selecting frames, sending prescription, authorizing payment, and receiving order verification. A few days later I received notice that the frames were discontinued (though still on their website) and a refund was being processed. Go-Optic did not suggest any similar frames or offer any sort of discount or expedited delivery of another choice. Very disappointed in their customer service. Will not use them again.

Never trust them. Nothing they say on the website is correct. Good luck getting your money back.

This Company is very misleading I order Just frames no lens with 3 day USPS delivery which I paid extra for. I ordered them on Apr 18 2020 on a Saturday, I expected a delivery on or about on thursday the following week. they send me a confirmation on monday, but they informed me they weren't sending them out until Apr 30. I sent several emails and questioned them about it but they failed to response, it wasn't until I canceled the order, they sent me an email stating they were going to charge me a 10% fee for canceling. I spoke with a young person on the phone about it he was very nice and tried to be helpful to get full reimbursement, but his manger refused. the young person agreed with me especially with the expedited shipping. I ended up contacting my bank to reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE

Before placing an order a customer service rep. told me that they will charge my credit card when my order is complete. After placing an order I noticed that my credit card was charged meaning my order was processed. However, I had received a couple of emails asking me for my PD in the meantime and because of that missing information they cannot process my order. When I called customer service and spoke with another rep he told me that my order is shipped and they do not need my PD. I was shocked and called my credit card to dispute the charges. Finally, go-optic robbed me on cancellation and dispute fees. As you notice they are a bunch of misleading crooks that will rob you after providing the credit card, no matter what. Horrible, terrible, misleading customer service with their supervisors on top. They are fraudulent and this is thievery.

I was so happy to find this frame! No where had were the frames found. As well as great price, but then they email me and say that they don’t have it. Wasted my time.

I would like to share my experience so other people would be aware. I have placed my order 2 months ago with expected delivery date within 2 weeks. After patiently waiting for 3 weeks, I noticed that my credit card was finally charged meaning my order was processed. When I called customer, I was shocked to hear that there was an issue with my order as some parts did not come. While I was extremely disappointed that nobody called or even informed me, the supervisor assured me that missing part would be arriving within a week and i would get my order shipped with FedEx express that would arrive within 10 days from calls. After patiently waiting for another 3 weeks, I called again, left all the details of my order to the customer service and was assured another Supervisor would get back to me. As you can imagine, nobody called me back and after my 3rd attempt to resolve the issue I was told: unfortunately, all supervisors are busy, please leave the message.

This is an edit of my original review, which I stated just how pleased I was with the web page and ease of ordering. It turns out that ordering and paying is quite easy. But, clarity of receiving a purchased item is deceptive, to say the least. In my case, there was no statement that my frames were limited stock, out of stock, or any other reason for a delay. I continued through the purchasing process until I reached Shipping options. There were many options from high to excessive prices. These options were shipping anywhere from about 10 to 3 working days. I was in a bit of a hurry, so I picked a few days quicker method. About a week after I placed my order, I went to check the status. It is still in processing and is not due to ship for a few more days. So, this means they take around “5” days to process prior to the 7 working days to ship. I can’t imagine the person that pays next day shipping, only to find that they must wait another 10 working days to get what they paid well over $100 to get quick.
