Why isn't there a 0 star rating? Can't say anything about the actual frames that I ordered but I expect they will be just fine when they get here. The problem is that I paid for faster shipping to get it in time for our son's game and they never came. Now Gooptics is blaming USPS for slower than expected delivery. So far I spoke to a "supervisor" Dell and eventually he just asked "What do you want me to do?". I explained many times that it's the principal behind it. If you charge extra for something and you don't deliver isn't that just taking people's money? No refund for the shipping was offered, nor granted when I expressed that I would like to get my money back for shipping. It's not about the few extra bucks, it's the principal behind it. DON'T PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING! GOOPTICS WILL POCKET THAT MONEY AND TELL YOU IT'S SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR ORDER WHEN PROMISED! By the way I don't even remember how much the shipping was, it's not the money, it's just that this company is missing the point of this.

I placed an order 6 days and i was expecting the delivery within 5 business days. Tracking the shipment shows that it’s still under process and it might take another 9 days. Tried to call them but they are not answering. Sent them an email and they are not responding. The bad thing about it that it was a birthday gift on 15 August.

Terrible customer service, no one wants to help you

I ordered a pair of frames for my daughter and had paid for 1 day shipping. the next day I get an email saying that they will be available in a month! not acceptable!

I would highly recommend not doing business with them. I purchased something just before the Christmas holidays -- a busy time period for everyone -- and attempted to return it one month later, per their policy. I notified them 25 days after receipt but was not able to get them the actual parcel back until 33 days after (yes, 33 days) -- and they still would not accept it. I told them that I had broken my arm in early January and offered to submit medical records as proof -- they still declined. I found this to be a bit disgusting as, really, what difference did it make to them that they received the frames 33 days after rather than 30 days? A bit nasty, in my opinion.

Horrible experience. Ordered glasses and after 1 week of processing they informed me that the glasses were out of stock and it would take another 2 weeks to get them, followed by another week for them to be shipped. So it would take over 1 month to get an order from this company. When i tried to cancel the order they charged me 10% of price for re-stocking fee. I don't understand that when they are out of stock. Do not use this company if time is an issue.

I ordered a pair of Kaenon sunglasses on May 29th. Per the website, orders are processed in 1-5 days if not back ordered or "special order". This brand is not listed so I assumed that with expedited shipping, they would make it within a week or so. I reached out after 7 days, where customer service apologized for the delay but said it should ship on the 11th. Today is the 12th of June and customer service is now saying it would ship next week. That is 3 weeks from order to the end of processing. When asked if I could cancel the order, they claimed that a cancellation fee of 10% would be applied. Reminder that they are not holding up their end to the transaction agreement. Order at your own risk because you will be left without glasses and screwed out of 10% of your order. COMPLETE FRAUD OF A COMPANY!!!
