Go-OpticReviews of go-optic.com

This company must be band in America everything they said in their advertisements are lies it’s designed to get desperate costumers. I ordered frame from them I had canceled it. I took one month before I can cancel my order. Go optics is evil they took some of my money I mean they didn’t refund my money totally. I can’t recommend this company to my worse ennemis. Disgusting!!

All the reviews on Trustpilot for Go-Optic are fake. This company is a scam. Do not purchase glasses or sunglasses from this company. I repeat, do not purchase glasses or sunglasses from this company. They will take your money and will not deliver product. This company should be barred from doing business.

They are highly misleading with their return policy - although it says that there is a 30 day return policy, they actually won't return the cost of lenses without buying other glasses. This information is buried in tiny print on a secondary return policy web site.

Hello Very bad experience !! My order was placed 2 weeks ago and was told today my item was not in stock. This should not happen !!! Should not have taken this long to cancel my order. I can't imagine how long would it take for my refund money!!

This is a terrible experience. The only reason I give them a 1 Star is because there is no Zero star. Ordered frames on Aug 16th, normal transaction and was given a ship date of August 27th. On Aug 24th received notice that my order was shipped and a link to USPS tracking. After 3 days there was no tracking and it appears that USPS never received the product. Call customer support and the phone just rings and rings. Email or talk to the "chat" and I am always referred back to the USPS tracking which of course has nothing on it. They do not know where my order is and their only response each of the last 4 days is a link to the tracking which is empty. I am going to ask for money back but I expect that is lost.

Ordered and paid for my order 7 weeks ago. After multiple inquires, no response as to the status of the order other than being told it was 'processing". Unfortunately had to dispute the charges and attempt recovery of charges.

This company is a FRAUD. If there are any positive reviews, they are fake. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't have the glasses you are paying for. When you don't receive your order, they will lie and tell you some fictitious story about the items "not being in stock." When you finally give up and cancel your order, they will threaten you with a 10% cancellation fee. Should you ever receive your order and try to return it FOR ANY REASON, they will again threaten you with a 15% return fee. Go optics does not sell glasses! Their revenue is generated on absurd fees.

Horrible customer service. Impossible return policy for their mistakes. I have used them four times and regretted it each time-it's not worth the savings for the pain of dealing with them. I am done. I can go in to details but whats the point-they dropped the ball, and did nothing each time. I just didn't have money to shop anywhere else. Stops today.
