Easy to order! Revised version: So easy to order! ** EXCEPT** #1) they allowed me to order frames that were discontinued, NOT showing on the item page that it was unavailable; I paid for overnight shipping, because i needed them desperately. #2) They cancelled my order within hours, because the frames were discontinued - but without notifying me of this! and #3) two days later, when I contacted them because I had not received the frames, they told me sorry, those frames are no longer available, so we just cancelled your order... but, **We did not charge you for them**. (oh, thank you that is amazing...) They said they had emailed me that the order had been cancelled, but would not tell me what email address was used (I have three). I searched in all 3 email accounts' spam and there was no email from them. I'd like to revise my rating to MINUS 100. Just saying. How can a company do business like this? I am usually ok with people making mistakes - this was no mistake they just DON'T CARE.
