Pricce match could not complete

I just wanted to buy replacement frames. Because the ones that I purchased broke oddly. As in they weren’t made right. Is difficult to check out. I just wanted to buy the frames with whatever lenses came in it so I can put my prescription lenses that I just got a month ago in the exact same frames. It was difficult, I had to do the contact us part. Which took me to the same thing at least 11 times. It was difficult to contact anyone to tell me all I had to do is press the skip button when it came to the lenses part is very frustrating.

They have frames onlisted that are discontinued

I am wary when I have to answer a survey before I receive my product.
