After the order, the "survey" conducted by Bizrate offers a potential $100 reward. Completing the survey you end up eligible for the $100 reward. This actually is choosing 4 magazines ($100 value) for trial subscriptions with a mandatory charge of $2 per item. Also one cannot just leave the site selecting continue without choosing at least one magazine, should you decide not to participate by selecting any magazines. I vacated the site anyway somewhat perturbed. Also from the email you've provided, you will now be consistently billed until you find a way to cancel.

The frames were great quality. The only reason they aren’t getting one star is because of that. The glasses took much longer than quoted. I felt it was a bit of a bait and switch. After I spent the time to sign up for an account, shop, order, & enter all the Rx info…they emailed a few days later stating it was another $20 because the lenses would be oversized, even though it was their own frames. You’d think they’d price them so that the lens price reflected the size of their frames. So I agreed. Glasses arrived and the lenses are awful. I have ordered numerous glasses from mutiple online sites, for much less than I paid for these. I have never had a problem with the lenses. I reached out to customer service and they said typically they recommend the anti glare coating and they could do that for an extra $30. So an extra 50% added to my original price I was originally quoted. Silly me wanting the lenses to work. Even messaging them about a return took a week for a response. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I will not order from them again.

The password requirements were not described and I ended up having to enter my password, billing information, and address multiple times until figuring out which characters are disallowed in the password. Pop ups immediately blocked my confirmation code and asked me to take a survey. This makes the site seem suspect and makes me feel unsafe.

Slow service once order is placed. Shipping way off. Not good enough pics or good zoom-able pics of frames. High price compared to others.

Too difficult to figure out what lenses to order; costco much simpler

The company overall is good, but it was rather aggravating when I was ordered replacement lenses. I contacted the company to order replacement lenses and I was sent a link. The link I used apparently brought me to the incorrect page. I filled it out and clicked submit. I called them shortly after to make sure I did it correctly and I was informed that I actually purchased a whole new pair of expensive sunglasses. They canceled the order but they charged me a 10% restocking fee, even though I had just placed the order a few minutes ago. I was pretty upset when they told me that.

The billing page did not let me use LastPass to autofill my info.

It did not give the option to skip create an account. Forcing me to create a password-but it took several attempts to create an acceptable password. No real guidelines on password criteria.
