I had a lot of difficulty confirming my order for reasons unknown. i filled out all required fields and yet, the site kept redirecting me to fill something in. i've never used this site before and am rather put off in trying again. will make final judgement once my product is received.

My frames were ordered and paid in full on January 26th 2021. I paid additional for expedited,1 to 3 day business shipping. To date, February 6, 2021 my order has not even processed. Go optic holds itself out as an online superstore. Other legitimate online superstores such as Walmart, Target, Chewy, Amazon and others can drop ship items with minimal or absolutely no shipping within 2 days. I took screenshots moments before posting this review, showing my item still in a pending status and not even processed. This is fraud and deceptive business practices. I have spoken with two representatives at this company who were apathetic dismissive and shrugged me off, but threaten to charge a 10% restocking fee if I canceled my order. I am outraged!

Why should I pay to ship for 3-5 days if it takes 3 weeks to get the glasses, then when I canceled the order I get a restocking fee, for something that they NEVER had to touch!!!!! They will NOT EVER get my business again!!!!!!!!!

you "sell" products on your website that you cant actually get. and then take 3 days for a refund.

It's been almost a month and my glasses are still in *processing* mode. They were a bit passive aggressive when I messaged them for an update. Not happy. That is $200 out of my pocket, might do a charge back if I don't get any good updates soon Most of these reviews are good reviews because the company is sneaky and has you do a review immediately after you finish your online ordering to try to offset all the unhappy people who's been waiting for ungodly amounts of time for their glasses.

Never received a confirmation email. Shipping took almost a month. Trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is a joke - unless you press 1 to place an order. Buyer beware - any order returned for a refund is subject to a restocking fee.

Do not order from this company if you expect your item in the time frame posted on the site. Supposed to be 1-5 days processing and 1-5 days shipping. My order will be in "processing" 11 days! This is for sunglasses that are not prescription. I called and verified the shipping date. Tried to cancel the order but there would be a restocking fee for absolutely nothing they have done.
