I ordered a pair of sports frames & basic lenses. The website is well laid out and the site truly offers some of the best prices you'll find online. I spent a good amount of time hunting around to see if I could call them on their lowest price guarantee to no avail. The lense selection process is also well simplified but doesn't try to rip you off at the same time. This was also one of very few sites that I found the frame I wanted where they didn't charge me a "high power" charge because of my thicker prescription. Their return policy is reasonable and well appreciated (30 day return time frame). There is quite a section on their policies page about cancellation fees, so I'll find out how badly those hit if I decide to return my pair.
