I would shop anywhere else besides GoOptic. I bought a 3rd pair of sunglasses from them because the 1st pair was stolen and the 2nd pair I left on the train. Granted none of these were their fault but I bought a 3rd pair and paid the $8 for 1-3; day shipping and that was almost 3 weeks ago. I called them on day 4 and asked what the deal was and the woman said it was 1-3 days after the 2week possessing time. It says that in the smallest print at the bottom of the 4th page of disclaimer BS. They have great products but their shipping is a joke. I might as well had light $8 on fire and would have gotten the same amount of enjoyment. Never again will I buy anything from them. Like this is the only spot to buy sunglasses on line or something. Gimme a break!!!! Ps. They still haven't gotten here and now it's day 5.

Horrible company. Ordered a frame with no lenses, they discontinued the frame, changed color and decided that wasnt what I wanted and cancelled the next day. They forced a cancellation fee on me and havent refunded my $340 either. And they were nasty about it as well. Stay away!

It’s not worth the frustration. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a pair of glasses that were in stock. Paid for overnight shipping. 7 days have passed. Still do not have the glasses. Called customer service to ask for refund of shipping costs ONLY. Was denied my request. Their excuse was handling times and tried to blamed the shipping carrier. Ridiculous. When you place an order and pay for overnight shipping, handling times mean to ship that same day. If you do not have proper staff to do so, then DO NOT offer overnight shipping. Never again will I give any business to this company.

I placed and order for frames only and just heard of a 3 week delay. If the item was nit currently in stock I should ha e been informed at the time of purchase, not once it’s all completed. I can’t wait 3+ weeks so now I will ha e to cancel the order. So frustrating

I ordered glasses that were supposed to take 3 weeks to deliver and it's now been 7 weeks and I still haven't seen the glasses. No communication from the company, just says processing on the website in terms of status.

Got a pait of prescriptiom glasses from then0, the frame was exactly what I excpected no complains there, however, the preacription was waaaaay out of wack. I receivef the glases about three weeks ago amd immediately contacted the technicak support team, they responded once with a generix email which I immediately replief yo. As of today, tgree weeks later, and adter numerous rmails requestung assistamce they havnt gotten back to me. In their web aote they claim 1005 ACCURANCY on their prescription however, the lenses that i receive are not only inaccurate, but it seems that the lenses are warped .. thus cheap AF WONT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!!! One very unsatisfied customer for you who wonder this review wa suving their glassses bet of luck!!!

Go-Optic DOES NOT actually have all the frames they claim to have on their website. So of course this causes untold delays in getting the frames you want. Secondly, check the various other rating services (other than Google) for a reliable assessment of Go-Optic. For example sitejabber.com, yelp.ca, resellerratings.com and compaintsboard.com give Go-Optics one or two stars out of five!?!?
