I created an order - buying glasses from their website. I waited several days for them to check my bank card so that I could pay. A few days later they canceled my order due to a lack of goods And I'm still waiting for the unblocking of the checksum on my card

My order for two frames appear to be canceled. They wrote me that one frame was discontinued but canceled the whole order. Contacting customer service is a joke as their own website dosen't allow email.

Order put on on hold due to their online prescription upload not working. I reached their in-person support and the support rep said "I may be able to help" then did not actually fix the hold issue. She told me to wait till the next day and check the online system. Next day I checked online and my order was still on hold. I tried 10 times to call into the support line again over the next few days and was unable to get even in the queue. I put in an online support request to have someone contact me and no one called. I requested a cancellation using the online form and that worked. What a colossal waste of time.

I would give this company a ZERO rating if I could. I was sent used sunglasses that are stretched out. They are trying to charge return shipping charges to me and a return stocking fee!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bought glasses and didn’t like the quality. Returned them immediately, paying full shipping charges back. Return process was slow and complicated and they took weeks to process and post a refund, when they promise less than a week. On top of it, go-optic deducted more than $20 from my refund. No explanation. Entire experience unsatisfactory and upsetting. Feel taken advantage of - ended up paying about $30 dollars for the privilege of trying on a pair of disappointing glasses for a few minutes and returning them immediately in perfect condition.

this company does not ship in one business day or 5 business day. After they processed my payment I found there is a processing period. if you attempt to cancel they charge you for the cancellation and if you you return the order they charge you restocking fee, despite the fact that they do not stock any frames

Complete fail of product and customer service. They got the prescription wrong. After many hours of run-around the agreed to fix it FOR AN ADDITIONAL $200.00! I'm out $400.00 with no working glasses.

Repeat customer and WAS happy with previous orders. But THIS time they went "clown car" on me and flummoxed my order for WEEKS. Demanding repeated submissions of my prescription when I had included EVERYTHING they requested when I sent in my frames. Then they CANCELLED my order saying they "didn't like my attitude" ???
