I purchased a frame from their website according to sizes, I spent hours and hours browsing and found the one that the bridge size + lens width within 3mm of my pupils distance (this is an advice by opticians). When I received the frame I fit expensive lenses on that frame, cost more than 200€+. After a while I found that the frame I received has different dimension than their website, I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all, kept asking me to return while I explained I already fit lenses on them!!! And I don’t want to go through the browsing and buying again knowing their website data is not trustworthy, I don’t want to waste my 200€+ lenses as well. Then the customer service was like, “ how about we refund you 20$?” I just don’t think this is helpful at all. Avoid at all costs, otherwise you’ll be risking your optical health with them, aside from the money and time wasted, it is not worth it. Just pure disappointment and not trustworthy.

113.95$ pair of sunglasses arrived crooked and with lots of small scratches on them. Cleansing needle was also missing inside the sunglasses case. They don't admit the product was sent this way, they don’t take responsibility, they don't apologize. In conversation with them, they insist that the opposite is true, which leaves you no choice but to insist getting your money back. After all this trouble, the shipping costs you spent to return the defective product, and the time spent on this issue, they shamefully charge you for the amount of 15% of your total purchase (And ignore the fact you paid shipping costs to return the defective product back to them). Disgrace. As soon as I saw that PayPal do not cooperate with them, I knew something is strange about it. Not wisely, I made the purchase anyway, and I very much regret it. PayPal would not let such an unfair thing happen and I would have gotten all my money back without a doubt. The appearance of the site looks reliable and professional enough but do not let it fool you! This company is unreliable and will take your money unjustly. Beware and stay away!

Revised Review - Order was canceled by Seller, frames were discontinued and therefore out of stock. Very disappointed as I went through entire process of looking for a frame, putting in my prescription, and placing an order and then day or so later receiving a email that order has been canceled. I feel that all that can been avoided if their site was up to date with available and current frames. Went back to Zenni and ordered new glasses from them. First Review - Beautiful designer frames at a excellent price, multiple lens options. Fast shipping!

Go-Optic's website makes it seem like an easy transaction to return an item within 30 days. However, it's not until you click on a couple links you find that your return "may" be subject to a restocking fee, which is hidden deep within the "CANCELLATION POLICY". I bought 2 frames that did not fit my face and requested a return authorization for them within a week. I returned everything in the same condition as I had received them and, in my refund, I discovered I was charged a $12.89 restocking fee for each frame. Had this information been visible upfront, along with all the stated benefits of ordering from Go-Optic's, I would not have ordered them. Going forward, there are several other reputable eyeglass companies and I will look elsewhere for satisfactory service.

Spent hours ordering glasses as I tried to digest all the options, several days go by and they contact me for my pupil distance. Several more days go by and they tell me they got what they need from my local clinic. Several more days go by and I’m told that the frames I ordered are no longer available and have been discontinued. How is it possible we did EVERYTHING else before I find out my frames aren’t available, shouldn’t that be the very first thing you check??

This page is a sham, after waiting two months for a pair of glasses, they finally arrived, they arrived used, wrapped in newspaper and the formula is not what was requested, now they tell me that they are not responsible for the expenses of return. what they promise is a lie😡😡😠😠🤬

Ordered rag and bone sunglasses before an upcoming trip, only to receive an email after the order was placed paying extra for shipping to ensure they’d be here on time, that they are not in stock. Very disappointed
