Easy to select, had an insurance question called customer service and was conected with no waiting. Placed order and received order confirmation there after. A few days later, I noticed the ship date was a litte further out than than I expected, used the chat feature, got a response immediately and clarification on the "expected" ship date. Then the next morning much to my surprise received an update email saying my order shipped. Very happy. Now, FedEx on the other hand... well let's just say I'll use another shipping method (they offer several) next time. I received my glasses. RX is perfect, frames are great! Very happy.

I've ordered from here before as my frames keep braking. This company having my exact frame needed in stock at all times is greatly appreciated to keep my originally purchased lenses.
