Your website's shopping cart experience was glitchy. Did not work smoothly, was confusing as it would stall out.

I called customer service and she said she couldn't answer my question. The number on the frames size said RS594 58-18-130.fit My old frame size said Rs594 58-18-30. I asked if that would be the right size. She said she really didn't know about the sizing. It does say one size. I am ordering the frames and hope they fit. I wish she could have told me for sure.

You should allow discounts for those of us who subscribe to your website.

Good prices for items and delivery, however shipping time is misleading as I opted for two day FedEx shipping expecting delivery in two days time after placing order only to discover afterward that order processing is taking seven to ten days before order will even be shipped.

I purchased these glasses a little of a year ago from Go-Optic and am repurchasing now. Go-Optic does seem to have the lowest price I could find but they do not have any of the accessories, like the ear locks. These glasses took 3 or 4 weeks last time so we will see how long they take this time.

There wasn't a dropdown menu for the temple length on the frames I wanted to order. This caused me to want to call customer service. They told me to put the temple length in the comments section, which I did, but I don't totally reassured that my order will be as I specified. The frame is the Shuron Ronstrong Frame (Skull Temple)

I wish you listed if a model is out of stock or not. My husband bought some glasses last year and we had to wait weeks for them because they turned out to be out of stock. This time around I called customer service to see if they knew about these frames so I could avoid the wait this time round. All they could tell me was that they were in stock, but couldn't tell me if that applied to all colors. You're not making the process easy for employees or customers.
