Not worth the effort. I ordered a pair of glass frames which I didn't like and returned them for another pair, paying my postage (which is reasonable). I ordered a second pair that were on backorder for two months and finally cancelled my order. As a result I was charged a 15% restocking fee for my first returned frame.

Daytime did not answer the phone. Even transferred to an English language 2nd CSR who sent a generic response after promising much more information. Canceling my order after waiting over 5 weeks.

Do not use go-optic.com. I purchased about the most expensive pair of glasses with what I expected to be high end Zeiss lenses. When the glasses eventually arrived, both lenses had out of focus blur areas. Looking side to side, image would be in focus, go out of focus, and then back into focus. Returning the glasses to go-optic, they of course saw no issues and argued only my optometrist can tell go-optic that the lenses are defective…? I’ve the same prescription already in a pair of safety glasses with no issue. Then, they kept the glasses instead of returning them! Not that they were of any value to me, it still is effectively theft.

ANY REVIEWS THAT ARE NOT 1 STAR ARE WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES OF GO-OPTICS. THEY ARE A DISHONEST COMPANY AND ONLY GET 1 STAR REVIEWS IF FROM A TRUE CUSTOMER. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN, DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES, AND ARE TRULY A GARBAGE COMPANY. BUYERS BE VERY AWARE AS ALL THEY DO IS LIE. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!

Placed order. Next day I found the order had been cancelled. What's up with that. They've got all my info and I've got no product!

Very poor customer service and cancellation policy. I suggest you purchase elsewhere. They are expensive compared with competitors.

this is the worst company to deal with. I recently ordered glasses from them and when they arrived, and I wore them they were completely the wrong prescription. Now they are hassling me about a refund even though the glasses cannot be worn as the prescription is way off. they refuse to acknowledge their error claiming they were cut to specification which is NOT TRUE. Do not buy from this company as they do not honor their warranty and they keep lying to me. Meanwhile im out $500.00 as they refuse to refund me. worst company ever!! I have disputed this charge with my credit card company and reported them to better business bureau. be aware they are not honest.

Scammers. I ordered sunglasses costing over $100 dollars. I talked to them on the phone and the order went through. Then a day later they email me and said it was a discontinued item. I contacted manufacturer and manufacturer said that is not true. They have not returned my money.
