This is the the third time I’ve attempted to purchase a pair of glasses for my son! I hope it goes through this time or I’ll have to figure something else out!

Complete disappointment! I first gave a high rating because of the great selection. Turns out, that is NOT true! The site includes frames that are discontinued and no longer in production or available. That was not noted on the site and I was allowed to order and pay a high price for the frames I’ve been trying to replace for several years. I thought I hit the jackpot, but sadly just a marketing tactic to enthuse viewers with a large selection while using unavailable products. These frames have been out of production for years, but I thought this site had inventory from when they WERE still available. Wrong!

They messed up my son's glasses and when we reached out to them about it, they were very unwilling to fix it. After almost a month of daily contact asking for a refund or correct lenses, they are willing to but it's going through snail mail so by the time it all gets back to us it'll have been almost 3 months without seeing correctly for him. Definitely will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered expensive Cazal sunglasses which are quite expensive, but my size. It's been 3 weeks and no sunglasses!!! Out of stock they say & on it's way. Yet now 3 weeks later I see they are shipped from Los Angeles and I am still waiting? Company is in Delaware just as an address!!! This company is an off-shore out of the country company with a few warehouses in the USA and their inventory is very limited. They never have the stock, they have go get it or make fakes!!!Why do I feel like this company is a scam!!! When you call Customer Service, they have an accent which leads me to believe they are off-shore. Perhaps India or Bangladesh? Customer Service is not helpful and are clueless. I will most likely receive a knockoff fake pair.

Received the incorrect item, which is not my fault or under my control, had to pay shipping out of pocket, contacted them several times, to see if I could get a return label, at a cheaper price at least, no reply, and then its been 2 week since item was received and finalized refund, but still haven't received a refund, waist of time and bad experience, they had way better service years ago when I purchased a set of sunglasses, but now they've lost return business.

Warranty, HAHAHAH! Frames broke when optical place went to put lenses in. They claimed frame was very brittle and that they had never had this issue with other Aspire framed. Called GoOptics and they refused to warrant. IF you read their crap warranty it says they do not cover for breakage, so what do they warranty? Will dispute with my CC company

Go-optic is a total scam if you need to make a return due to an inaccurate photo on their website. After they received my return, they posted a new photo of the frames that look like the ones I received and then denied my credit for the lenses because I selected the wrong frames. At the time of my order, it was obvious that the frames I chose were the correct frames since they only had one photo associated with the color I chose. Now they have two photos that look nothing like one another. Clearly unethical!

sent prescription twice (with success), order not unblocked. had to contact service via chat. but all they do is forward the prescription, nothing else. order was placed on 5/1. estimated shiping is 5/19. Don't trust the 1-5 day processing time.
