I haven't received my product yet so why survey me at this time?

Pros: * Big selection * Very low prices Cons: * If you take a long time shopping, your session will expire * At checkout, you're REQUIRED to create a login * You can't log in with Google/Facebook/etc. (OAuth) * You can't pay with a trusted payment partner (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay); you HAVE TO type your credit card information into the browser and submit it to the vendor

I kept trying to email for price matching and never heard back, nothing in my spam email either. I tried calling with no answer despite saying 24/7 contact. I tried the online char but he just directed towards the "price matching team" again from which I never heard back from again.

So far the process has been very easy. I will leave another review when I receive the product.

I tried to use a 20% coupon from the Go-Optic site, which stated "Applies to select merchandise. See details & exclusions below." However, there was no information on the page, and there was no indication of response to my submission of the code, except to have the screen blink and not to show a discount.

3-4-2020 The ordering process was easy, I opted for the 1-3 day delivery option, hope I get them in the time, because i'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other eye :-) . Seriously it was nice to be able to find the frames for my lenses the place that I bought them from initially sells them for almost 3 times the price when then had them. UPDATE 3-19-2020 I ordered my Frames on 3-4-2020 when I ordered they said that the frames were In stock. I got the impression that I may get my frames pretty quickly especially since I paid a few bucks more for the 1-3 day delivery. Today is 3-19-2020 and I just got an e-mail two days ago saying that they shipped. I still would have ordered the frames if I knew they would take 3 weeks to process my order but I definitely would not pay for expedited shipping. ( they were a bit deceptive, that’s disappointing) If my frames don’t arrive within the next week I’ll update my review again.

Easy to navigate via a big selection of glass frames. ... Revision--- had to take my rating down, after I found that the shipment of my glasses will be released from warehouse in 10 days

I have had these same frames for two years, same color. they broke and no one could fix them and no one local had a frame my lens would fit into. they broke at the hinge to the ear piece where the screw holds a tiny projection metal piece that went into a hole in the ear piece. I glued it but then the hinge would not work. Hope these hold up better.
