Not the best experience. My request took longer than expected to process, and support was slow to respond. Everything ended well, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Need some improvements

Beware, people, they're scammers. I sent them 50,000 USDT BEP 20 in exchange for Monero, and they said they didn't receive the transfer. They also threatened me using my IP address, which they claimed to have obtained. Be careful.

I was going nuts,couldn’t access my funds but Ravinloops came through and I got my funds back

GoGoX picked up an order from Carousell - buyer instructed to bring only half the goods, GoGoX didn't inform the seller, had staff make illegal pictures and didn't execute the pickup and delivery confirm the order on Carousell complaint was handled late and without resolution

During the exchange, I made a mistake, but the service support team was responsive and processed a full refund without any issues. I definitely recommend them!

Be careful with this exchange. They froze $11000 for no reason. Check the case on Bitcointalk
