I have reached out to customer service to exchange a device that stopped working, first they wanted me to send a video of the device not working properly, then she asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund and after I asked for a replacement, I haven’t heard anything back from them! I would not do business with this scamming company again! Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This product was extremely painful on my legs! I am on the sensitive side, but even on the lowest setting, I was not able to get through the the first attempt. I didnt realize the return policy was only good for 14 days. I had been sick with kidney stones, so by the time I was able to try the product, it was day 19. I sent an email to customer service (and a follow up), with ZERO response. What a waste of $120! Very disappointing.

After a month went by and my order still did not arrive, I contacted their customer service email a couple times and eventually someone responded back telling me to be patient. After the tracking information said that the address didn't have enough information to be delivered and was sent back to the warehouse, which is baffling since I placed all of my shipping address information correctly on the order, I emailed and called multiple times, once even leaving a voicemail to figure out what was going on. They still have not responded and do not answer the phone and I never received my product, which I ordered two months ago now for $90. It is very disappointing because it sadly seems they just disappeared with my money.

On May 6-26 I received my suction cups and it did not work. I notified customer service, they asked a few questions and then never responded. I have attempted several times (via email) to ask them to tell me where to send it back since they never responded to my emails. Never any response back. It is now the 28th of May and I am out of $93. Get it through Amazon if you want it at least Amazon will will allow you to send it back and get a new one. I cannot tell you it works well since it never worked.

They never delivered my device! I had to launch FTC complaint! I've made numerous attempts to reach them to find out where my product is, and no response except for their A.I. I will be reaching out to my credit card for their assistance next. Basically on April 10th I purchased the device, April 14th the tracking info was received and on April 16th it says it's in transit to the next facility. That is it, no other info after that. I have a tracking number, but no name of the delivery company or other relevant info to help me locate my package. Amazing the website has not been shut down with all of these complaints, maybe more people need to file FTC complaints.

Received product and was working the first few times. Product stopped working within the 14 day return window. Reached out several times to customer support with no response. Very disappointed as I was so excited to use the product in preparation for vacation. Buyer beware!!!

No response from customer service to return!! The cupper is WAY too painful to use. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews! I would never have ordered it!! 4/20/2026 Update. Still no response despite repeated requests for return and refund. I set up the autopay payments when I ordered it. They've already taken 2 payments. Since they won't respond and this is obviously a scam, I shut off the autopay for the remaining 2 payments!

I received Claro. After reading over pamphlet decided to return product unused. I emailed "customer support" next day. And three days later, no response. I called the customer support line and it's a persons named Melanie. Why am I getting a personal number and not a company customer service center? I need to return this item and am not getting any customer service. I am NOT happy.
