At GNO Partners, we’ve helped over 1200 Amazon brands scale and grow profitably using the same systems we built and used to exit two of our own brands. We provide brands with the tools, processes, and strategies to grow while staying fully in control, with hands-on support from real 8-figure operators who’ve done it themselves.

Red flags when a company calls you with no sense of time, out of business hours and expects you to tell them your personal business details. All this from voip numbers that keep changing and they expect you to give them your time/money. Anyone reading this, be careful - their reviews appear all scripted and have minimal likes and comments on Instagram. Rule of thumb, if they can't market their own business then what can they do for others. You are better of using software and AI to do your own optimisation.

Unsolicited pitch sent to my employer's inbox
Never a customer. They scraped my details, matched my name to my employer's email system and sent me two pitches about my Amazon brand.
If your prospecting can't tell the difference between someone's employer and their own business, I have no confidence in your ability to run mine. GDPR erasure request sent.

Absolutely hopeless.
Absolutely hopeless.. promised 3x improvement in the first month and we ended up with a 70% decline. They charge $1000s and then get VAs to do the work. Complete waste of money.

Hi Justin, we're sorry to hear you feel that way. We understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren't met. That's never the outcome we want for any brand we work with.
That said, we'd like to clarify a few points, as our records reflect a different picture. During our partnership, sales did not decline as described. Performance remained stable throughout our time working together, and the decline referenced appears to have started many months after our partnership ended. We believe there may be some genuine confusion between the period we worked together and the period that followed.
We'd also like to mention that when our partnership concluded, you shared that your decision was driven by a change in business direction rather than dissatisfaction with our work, and that you considered our team experts at what we do. We truly appreciated those words.
We take every piece of feedback seriously, and we'd welcome the chance to walk through the data together so we're all looking at the same picture. And if you'd ever like to partner again, we'd be glad to help get things back on track.
Wishing you and the brand all the best either way.

I'm not sure who you are, as I couldn't find your name in any of our records.
That said, your claim is simply incorrect.
We are an Amazon consultancy, and our sales team proactively reaches out to Amazon sellers every single day. We don't use candidates' CVs, work experience, or client lists to generate leads. We have our own outreach methods for finding Amazon brands.
If one of your clients happened to be contacted by us, it's because they are an Amazon seller - not because they appeared on your CV.
