I’ve been selling on Amazon for a long time and have worked with plenty of agencies/consultants that claim to understand and manage the entire Amazon ecosystem. What I’ve found is that most are only good at one piece of it, but not the whole thing. GNO Partners has been completely different. They’ve truly shone a light on the entire Amazon ecosystem, from PPC to the backend, explaining what levers we’re pulling, why, and what we should expect to happen. What makes our relationship with GNO Partners different is our consultant Luca Böse. He is truly the expert in every sense. I've met plenty of "Amazon Experts" and was hesitant before meeting Luca, but it is clear that he is truly an expert with the experience to match. He has been awesome. He keeps us on track and makes sure we understand each concept before moving on. He’s also backed by an entire ecosystem of GNO specialists and support. You still have to do the work, but now you understand what work matters and why. GNO is a best in class example of an agency you can trust with true expert consultants. They have a conscience and do the right thing by their clients.

So the company and Luca have extensive knowledge which is invaluable, my advice to any future customers will be to get a clear breakdown of the actions you are given and what is the desired outcomes, and prepare funds and inventory to handle the increase in gross sales. After 3 months you should begin to see the benefits

I’ve been working with GNO Partners for a couple of months now, mainly with Ozgur on my Amazon business. Ozgur is easy to speak to, responds quickly and listens properly when I explain the issues I’m having. It’s still too early for me to comment on the long-term results, but the communication and support have been very good so far, and I’m happy with the experience.

I've been working with GNO for over 6 months.  Our brand had good traction on our branded name but we needed help to create more organic traffic.  We have since doubled our sales on the platform and have increased our organic search traffic substantially.  We also have improved our storage costs on FBA and have redone our images and brand content to increase sales.  I'd recommend GNO Partners because their consultants are extremely knowledgeable and their SOP's are very complete and cover many areas other than advertising.

Ron Israel has been our Amazon advertising consultant for several months, taking over campaign direction during a transition away from our previous agency. What stood out was the structure. He came in with a phased plan, restructured our PPC setup, and put real reporting behind it, including bleeders analysis, placement optimization, bidding optimization etc. Recommendations come with reasoning, which makes it much easier to align internally before we spend.
