However, our contact person, Peter, didn't just give up or push for the sale. He took the time to understand our setup and realized we actually have our own cutting capacity. He then suggested buying full plates instead, which ended up saving us a significant amount on our total project cost. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. It’s rare to find a supplier that prioritizes the customer's savings over their own profit margins. The steel quality is solid, and the material test certificates were provided exactly as promised. Also, for an international order, the whole process—customs, shipping, and documentation—was handled seamlessly. It made the entire experience very stress-free.
