I waited on the phone 1 1/2 hours to speak with James M, team lead out of Tampa FL. On a recurring order I was sent a 90 day bottle of vitamins with an expiration date of July 2020. Tomorrow is May 1st and I already have 3 1/3 weeks of vitamins in my current bottle. This is such a dis-service! James offered nothing to assist me! GNC has the worst customer service and it is just wrong to send out expired vitamins!!!

Ordered needed supplements at their website on 04/07/2020. After several days I contacted them via online chat asking for a ship date. Received a reply that was boiler plate but didn’t answer my question. Tried again with same results. Finally I attempted to cancel the order and their reply was they cannot cancel due to the “efficiency “ of their system. I then told them that it will be to their benefit to cancel the order because if/when their charge hits my credit card I will dispute the charges. They subsequently shipped the order, providing a FedEx tracking number and then charged my card. I then changed the delivery point from my home to a FedEx pickup location so as to not even take possession of it and then placed a dispute with my credit card company. They gave me credit for they charge. I will not accept their order. I wouldn’t take it if it were offered for free. I shall NEVER buy from them again. By the way, this FedEx Ground package is scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 04/23/2020. They likely could have sent it USPS Priority Mail for close to the same cost and it would have been at the destination within 3 days. Right now it is in transit and in Chicago. I told them when I tried to cancel that they need to recall the item, but YOU CAN’T FIX STUPID!

I called the online Canadian GNC store today as I could not find the product I needed on-line. The Canadian Website is dated. Most horrible site I have ever seen. My answer to the item I wanted from the rep was "If it is not there it is sold out". I said I saw it on amazon thru GNC but it was not on sale. Response "you can buy it on Amazon we have no control of the prices". Really?

I placed my order 15 days ago on 31st March since then I'm still waiting, I tried to call them to many times and I sent 3 emails to customer service, no one never come back to me. They took my money and disappear. Its illegal what you guys doing,you can't just steal people money like that. I still don't know what to do no money no order

I'm really upset right now made to order online and all of a sudden 5 minutes later not even 5 minutes I realized the wrong address was on my order immediately call GNC customer service they told me that they will send it to the cancel department because they cannot change the address on their own call the next morning and the gentleman that I spoke to told me that he don't have a record of me calling and persist to tell me that he cannot cancel my order and there was nothing that they can do but let the package go out then I asked if the package does not come back 2gnc what happens then he says I have to put in a complaint to get my money back I am really not happy with GNC online customer service they will never have to worry about me again poor customer service

I experienced GNC's terrible customer service via chat with Veronica. I placed an online order and was supposed to get certain discounts. After I paid I found that I didn't get all those discounts and Veronica let me know that 3 discounts couldn't be "stacked." Of course this wasn't disclosed via the website BEFORE I checked out and I was not made aware after either but I could see that I was overcharged. So after wasting an hour+ trying to get someone via chat, Veronica was completely unhelpful and I was overcharged. I will never do business with this fraudulent company again!!!

Do not purchase overnight shipping and expect overnight service. I ordered Wednesday afternoon and they shipped it FedEx GROUND. It is now Monday afternoon and I still don't have my order. Customer service explained the upgraded shipping just means how fast they pack the order. It makes no sense!

I contacted GNC over 5 days ago in regards to getting my money back for the Huperzine A supplements because they were not honest about the ingredients in the Huperzine A capsules. Their automated message that you receive after emailing customer support is: “we will try to reply within 24 hours”. Well it’s been over 5 days and I have not heard back from them. On the online listing on the GNC website for the Huperzine A there is a completely different ingredient label compared to the ingredient label that is actually on the Huperzine A bottle. When I received my Huperzine A supplements I discovered that it had magnesium stearate in it and no where in the online listing for the Huperzine A did GNC disclose that the supplements contained magnesium stearate!!! Magnesium stearate is toxic and most of it is made from hydrogenated cottonseed oil, too!!! I finally had to go in to a GNC brick and mortar store to get most of my money back; I paid $37 for two bottles of Huperzine A and they gave me $35 back. I will not be doing anymore business with GNC and now I see why GNC has many bad reviews online!!!
