GNC has the worst online service ever. I was set up on auto ship and the orders were either incorrect or the charges came through to my account all times of the month. So I cancelled the auto ship. Then, I ordered items online that were never sent. But GNC charged my account the same day I made the order. When I contacted customer service, they didn't even show the items were sent. Even though their website said the order had been shipped as of the date after the order was made. I will never order from GNC online again...their service SUCKS!

72 hours to “process” orders before shipping. Pathetic

Placed a BOGO order however for some reason the second item did not go through. I contacted customer service regarding this and they made everything complicated and refused to provide a cancellation, refund or order edit. They told me several different ways to try to return the item however they made it complicated to a point where t it was useless to try to return it as it would end up costing more money. Their system and ordering is flawed and needs to be reviewed.

I set up auto delivery for Golli ( apple cider vinegar) and paid 13.49 cents..in December Checked my email and without my consent GNC was trying to charge 19 dollars and some change. I asked why that was not corresponded and I agreed to the previous price. Where do they do that at? Do not set up auto delivery they appear to raise prices without consent or knowledge. Imagine if I do not check emails or bank account how long would they be willing to get away with up charging without my consent..

Ordered multi-month supply of their slimvance green drink and they sent me stuff that expires in April. When I called they told me they discontinued it in September and this was the last of their supply. I explained to them I wasn't even planning on using this for a couple months, every other time I've ordered it it has over a year shelf life, not 2 months. The only solution offered to me is that I return it to a store for a refund. I explained to them I have to do virtual school during the day and work at night. There is no gnc close to me. I'm then put on hold for 10 minutes and am told the same thing again. So, I have to take time out of my life to fix their mistake. I shouldn't have even been able to order them and there was no sign of it being discontinued on their website. Not gonna be shopping there again.

This year, 4 of my protein orders via the website were canceled with no reason. I figured signing up for an account would help, but the process fails every time I try for "unknown reasons". This was the last straw. GNC has been my go-to because of its ease-of-availability. Shortage of supply on site and via Amazon, along with this technical ineptitude, has forced me to find a new vendor.

Order never arrived after over 2 weeks. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it until 15 days after the order was placed. Had to contact customer service 3 times until a refund was given because of incorrect information they have previously gave me. Was also told that a supervisor would contact me via email within 72 hours of the second time I contacted and it has now been about a week with no email from a supervisor.

I placed an $200 order on Nov 30th and it been 12 days and my order isn't here. I am a pro member and one of the perks is fast shipping. This is one of the reason i sign onto pro to help avoid going to the store and ordering my stuff when i run low on Pre workout. When i placed the order it said it would be here in 2-3 days. I called day 6 and the lady said it never shipped and she would re process the order and put 2 day shipping. I called again today day 12 to the guy telling me I need to wait another 5 days and if i don't receive the order then he can help or reach out to the carrier. I look at the tracking and the order wasn't even pick up yet just label created. I had to go to the store and purchase pre workout due to me not receiving my order and myself running out. This is my last order from GNC.
