Would give 0 rating. Very bad customer services. I ordered from their India website directly and received only 50% of the order. Instead of hecking delivery and their logistics backlash sales executive started abusing me. Unbelievable!!! Fraud company and staff. They did not reimburse even after sharing video proof. Rude and very unprofessional. After which i read several reviews saying GNC INDIA is totally unreliable imports from china and adultrated. 😡BEWARE CONSUMERS

First shipment was lost but I don't believe it was ever really shipped. The order was large enough to require 3 boxes but the first shipment only had one tracking number but it never moved from the USPS location. After calling customer service they reshipped the order and I received three tracking numbers for each box. The day they were scheduled to arrive only two showed up with a case of drinks busted. The FedEx delivery showed all three were delivered. When I reached out to GNC customer service they sent me the picture of the destroyed package I received saying it was delivered. This company is owned by the Chinese government, you can Google it. The Federal government has issues with them being on US military bases and using the loyalty program to track troop movements. I will purchase products I want directly from the manufacturer from this day forward.

It’s more then 10 days and I didn’t get any update about my order please don’t buy online from them waste of money and time

I ordered 6 bottles of fish oil and 2 bottles of calcium citrate and the order was prepaid but they delivered only 1 quantity of each. The box delivered was clearly too small to hold 8 bottles. I have photos. When I contacted customer care, despite full payment they denied to provide any resolution. I have call recordings and delivery messages as proof. No resolution provided yet. This is a deficiency in service and misleading. Avoid ordering from them they do not listen to your complaint and blame everything on you.

It's been almost one week now and they are not delivering my order. Neither they are giving me any update nor cancelling my order. They don't have any control on their operations.

GNC shipped me the wrong product and is refusing to ship me the correct product per my order and receipt. They asked me to take the order to one of their stores to process a return but the store refused because the receipt didnt match the product. I was forced to dispute the $170 charge on my PayPal and chase card.

Ordered $104.82 in women's multivitamin for my wife. GNC sent email a few days late saying it had been delivered to the front door. Got up from my PC and checked the front door. No Package? Called GNC and they said that sometimes the carrier marks it delivered before it is actually delivered and to wait a few days. I contacted them 4 days later and they filed an inquiry. A day late I got an email saying the package had been delivered and they could not refund or replace it. I live in a secure neighborhood and have had over a hundred packages delivered from Amazon and Ebay without any problems. They usually send a photo of the package on the door step. We have switched to Sam's Club Members Mark vitamins as a result after years with GNC.

Absolute Garbage. They are not responsible for shipped items that are undelivered. They have my money and I have no products. UNACCEPTABLE! This is after to customer support members told me a reship was on its way. I followed up twice only to be told a month later that its not their problem.
