I have been waiting about two weeks for my item. They have created two tracking labels, but UPS is yet to get the actual package. Of course, they got their money after creating the first label. My emails haven’t been responded to and in the chat I was told I would receive it the next day but have not received it. Very disappointed.

First, I was put on hold for a very long time before I was given a choice to have someone call me back when someone would be available. I chose that option. Finally somebody called me, but they were of no help. They said I should call my doctor. It’s a very good thing. I was not in a serious condition. I will never be calling again.

The inogen battery charger I ordered, and was charged for I never received nor was my money refunded. I will never order anything from this company again.

This company was terrible! We ordered a replacement joystick for my electric wheelchair over 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. We have called customer service twice and each time they swear it’s been sent but I still do not have it. I am a double amputee and have only 3 fingers and I’ve had to use a push wheelchair for the past month. I can’t clean around my house, I can’t cook and I am limited to the places I can go. I’m very disappointed in this company. Please don’t sell medical equipment, if you aren’t going to be prompt in getting the product out to people who truly are relying on it. I should get a full refund on this order.
