Avoid GMPays at all costs! They are currently holding my funds, refusing to issue a refund, and hiding behind cheap automated support templates. I made a standard USDT (TRC-20) payment. My wallet processed it using the native TronLink 'Gas-Free' feature, which relies on Tron's official Fee Delegation (Energy Delegation) mechanism. The blockchain does not lie: the transaction is marked as completely SUCCESSFUL on Tronscan. The tokens arrived exactly at the deposit wallet address provided to me by GMPays. They are physically sitting on their balance right now. However, because their payment gateway is poorly optimized and uses outdated backend scripts, their automated system failed to index the transfer simply because the network transaction fee was covered via delegation by a third-party address (Fee Payer). When I contacted support, they shamelessly copy-pasted a reply saying it is "technically impossible for us to credit or return the funds." This is a blatant lie used to pocket user money. Anyone with basic blockchain knowledge knows that whoever holds the private keys to the deposit address has total control over the funds. Since the status on Tronscan is Success, GMPays CAN easily access the wallet and process a manual refund or credit the payment. They simply CHOOSE not to do it because it’s easier for them to keep my money. To make matters worse, there is absolutely NO warning on their payment screens or invoices stating that Tron's native Fee Delegation / Gas-Free features are not supported. They hide their technical flaws, let user transactions fail, and then steal the funds under the guise of "technical limitations." If you are a user, stay away from this platform - your money is not safe. If you are a merchant or business owner, drop GMPays immediately. Their broken system and incompetent support will ruin your user experience, cause severe payment issues for your clients, and destroy your own reputation.

Tried to make payments with these and when it didn’t go through I contacted their support and they asked for a picture of my passport, a picture of both sides of my bank card and pictures of me holding my ID along with a plain selfie! Identity theft much? After I said no they sent me a payment link to pay by cryptocurrency. I wouldn’t trust them.

Didnt say me about the fee’s before hand… how they cut be carful people who tryna buy from adopt me this has a huge fee..

This website is associated with an unauthorized charge attempt on my credit card. I did not authorize any transaction and believe this may be linked to fraudulent activity or misuse of payment information.

I transferred the required ETH from my wallet as usual to their "invoice.guide"-Payment Portal. My wallet has smart contracting enabled, which sometimes sends transactions through contracts to reduce fees. In the payment window it says “we don’t accept internal payments,” which is quite confusing for someone who simply uses crypto to pay with it. The funds were successfully sent and arrived in their wallet in the correct currency. However, because the transaction was categorized as an “internal transaction” (which is still a normal transfer from my wallet, only routed through a contract), they refuse to credit my balance or refund the payment. In other words, they have received the money in their wallet but are keeping it because it wasn’t sent in the exact way they prefer. It’s illegal to keep someone’s funds under these circumstances, especially when the payment clearly arrived

I had problem with payment, but gmpays.com support resolved my problem I was paying with Apple pay, first 2 transactions were succesful, but the third one failed. I was charged from the apple pay, but the money didnt come. I submited ticket to the support and my problem was resolved in 30 min.
