Ordered during the Black Friday sale. My eyes felt great after I received my pair of bluelight glasses as I use my computer constantly. Even though they broke recently, I had purchased warranty beforehand and GMG customer service was very quick to respond to my dilemma, pledging to issue a new pair. Thank you.

My glasses broke and I went to invoke my Lifetime warranty that GMG provides. They responded to me asking for pictures. Not to long after I sent them the pictures, they let me know that they would be sending a new pair!

I am happy I decided to purchase these glasses. I can definitely see the difference in my sleep and the light emission from gaming. The extreme delay in shipping was unexpected. However, once they arrived, I was happy to get started using them and I use them daily now even when I am just on my laptop.

I purchased a pair of Optimizer Matte Black a couple of months back and did not purchase the Lifetime Guarantee (that I was aware of at the time) and wore them daily, for work and gaming. They unfortunately broke on me so I reached out to Customer Service about the Guarantee as I thought it was something that automatically came with every purchase. I was later told that unfortunately I did not purchase the Guarantee but Victoria did in fact replace my pair as good faith regardless. She didn’t have to but given her position and the fact that she did, should be a reflection of what GMG’s stance is on customer service and retention! Customer service at this caliber in this age is extremely rare and I would highly recommend, 10/10! If I need another pair for whatever reason I’m definitely buying another through GMG and I’ll be sure to get the Lifetime Guarantee because you never know what could happen.

It took a long time for my glasses to arrive. Way longer than I was expecting. I also wasn't receiving any updates or information of any sort from GMG, through email or otherwise. However, when they finally arrived, I was instantly happy with my glasses. They looked amazing, very stylish and classy. I also started to notice the difference they were making in my daily activities. I use my glasses for online school. With the whole COVID pandemic and schooling being done though virtual learning, I've been having to stare at screens all day long for so long that It started affecting my health. I started getting headaches and my performance in class started suffering. I'd find myself unable to focus and my eyes would ache at night. After I started using my GMG glasses, I stopped getting such terrible headaches and my grades started to improve. If it hadn't been for the trouble I had when waiting for my glasses to arrive, I would've given this a 5 star rating.
