I was ordeting a different product and was charged and sent this. Customer service refused to cancel.

After reading the reviews of the product, I called the customer service and asked to cancel my order and refund me. The agent would not comply. So I hung up and called the number they used to call me and was able to cancel the order and have my purchase refunded.

First they had a long video of DR William Li selling the product and talking about how good it is. But I contacted Dr Li and he said he NEVER recommends a product least of all sells one. Then they said they shipped it but I never got it. Out $330. and finally, when I called back several times the last person said they actually had NO RECORD OF ME OR MY ORDER OR MY AX CHARGE. FRAUD AND CRIMINALS. BEWARE

I ordered the product and they added to my order additional bottles that I didn’t order lt was impossible to contact the customer service to cancel called my credit card and canceled the charge I then received a call from glyco saying that in order to cancel my subscription I would have to give them my new credit card number.l told them that wasn’t going to happen just cancel my subscription and give me the refund after telling them that they started calling me approximately 25 times to get me to give me the credit card number l guess that they finally realized that I was not going to go along with there scam and gave up BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I havenever signed for a subscription. Turns out this is without anyone knowing automatic. Not a happy camper at all. Not possible to cancel it. Big WARNING.

So here’s the deal, I first made an order two weeks ago. I still haven’t received not received not one order. Then today I viewed another commercial Then went back to my screen shots and it was of the same product. Where’s my first order ?

I received these products but never ordered them. They charged over $200 to my credit card that now since I reported fraud my card has been cancelled. How did they get my credit card info. This is a real nightmare of serious concern

If I could give a minus 10 as a review. I ordered 6 and upgraded graded to 6 more. They turned around and added 12 more bottles on my card. I contacted the company right away. I was told they would offer to 25% off and I could keep the order that I didn’t want . Their web site said 100% Guaranteed. Buy beware. SCAMMERS
