Princess ..
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago going on 3 and haven’t received any tracking information or details on the order but I was already charged the amount on my card. I found it really hard to get a hold of customer service. I called during working operation hours left voicemails, emails, and even went as far as reaching out on the website’s instagram page. After leaving a comment then finally the company got in touch with me, they reached out to me via instagram message. They finally connected me to customer service. long story short the customer service is bad they should probably have someone answer phones during the actual operation hours as well as emailing back in a timely manner would help.

Customer service was so/so they don't offer rewards. They replied to a previous review, telling me to contact them, that was weeks ago, still haven't heard from them . I've also noticed it might be making my hair fall out at a alarming rate
Response from GluteboostNov 16, 2022
Hi Rayann! We´re sorry to see that your overall experience didn´t go as expected. I noticed you placed 1 order of our body creams but please keep in mind that they are not meant to be used on your hair follicle but on your bum, thighs, hips, and legs area. When used properly (on the correct parts of your body) you should not experience any adverse effects. We strongly recommend contacting your primary care doctor to look further into this issue. Thanks.

Hi Dorothy, We´re sorry to hear this was your experience. It looks like the carrier lost your package in transit, however this has been reshipped your way through a different carrier. We´ll be tracking it down for you until you receive it, thanks for your feedback.

I canceled my subscription two months ago and gluteboost is still trying to take payments. We're told to manage our subscription online. When I log in to my subscription there is NO Option to cancel, you guys just send another link to my email. I already had to wait a whole 30 days from a refund on the last mix up!! I don't know whats wrong with your system but I told your representative to cancel my subscription months ago and STILL you guys are attempting to draw money out of my account. I've documented the last mix up and transaction and took screenshots of the how " managing subscription " gives no option to cancel. If this company takes money from me in a mix up ONE MORE TIME I will be reporting you & taking any legal action I can. Once again cancel the subscription, do not take any money out of my account causing me to wait a month for my money back.

Hi Drayke, Your subscription has been canceled a couple of months ago, you can rest assured that any payment will be taken from your credit card without your authorization. Thanks.
