I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for an extra remote for the tapered led candles for the remote to come from china. Glowarmy should have extra remotes in stock in the USA.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate it. At the moment, we don’t keep separate remote stock in our US warehouse because each set of our flameless candles already includes a remote control inside the gift box package. For this reason, replacement remotes are currently shipped from our main warehouse overseas. We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, and your suggestion makes a lot of sense. We will absolutely take this into consideration and plan to stock extra remote controls in our US warehouse in the future to provide a faster and smoother experience.
